Project manager for total project, from building, designing to running the space.
Life doesnt always go as planned and neither did BUKT`s cafe as we opened the year before the pandemic hit.
However when life gives us lemons...
We took all our knowledge and made BUKT Agency and a glass of lemonade...

Strix Television
We were lucky enough to get the opportunity to join their 8 weeks long production of the norwegian reality show named Farmen Kjendis 2024 (bunch of Norwegian celebrities competing in living the old time farm life). We made sure the cast & crew of this production got a healthy & balanced diet while shooting.
Bagel & Juice
We served Bagel & Juice for almost 5 years in a cosy cafe in CCVest before taking the next step and starting BUKT
Skydive Tønsberg
We donated the beautiful bar designed & built by Mark Bufano after we closed down BUKT Cafe during the pandemic. You can now see this beautiful piece of woodwork in the dropzone cafe at Skydive Tønsberg. (that we also helped to set up)

FIKA - Swedish Cafe, Tbilisi, Georgia
Weve assisted the founder Anna of FIKA with organizing, brainstorming & planning the startup & growth fase of this new brand in Georgia. Working towards it becoming a financially stable & quality cafe in the heart of Tbilisi.
Yoga Brunch with Silje Thorstensen
We love planning healthy event´s and Silje´s Yoga brunch was a hit. We did yoga by the sea as a group and enjoyed eachother´s company with a super green vegan brunch after.
YME Universe SummerParty
We had the pleasure of hosting our friends YME Universe summer party. We made specially designed YME cakes for the occasion & collaborated with LULU Oslo on a 3 course dinner served by the sea.

We have done everything from setting up
foodtruck´s & kitchen´s to total organizing your event to help with marketing of your products, brand´s & stores. We create menues & plans that works with what you are selling.
